In 1910, Fred Wolferman created a muffin that was both super-sized and super-delicious. Nearly twice the size of an ordinary stack of English muffins, our signature English muffins are made with lots of tiny air pockets to fill with butter and jam. All eight flavors are uniquely delicious.
