*SPECIAL ORDER* Recla Speck is a dry-cured, lightly smoked ham from Northern Italy that's seasoned for at least 22 weeks. It's made by the Recla family, who have been producing traditional pork products since 1620. Speck is a great accompaniment to eggs, esepcially if crisped a bit.
