An all-natural ewe’s milk cheese, Papillon Black Label Roquefort is bright white in color, with a generous amount of tasty blueish-green molding throughout the paste. Quite unctuous and supple, this cheese is wrapped in a distinct black foil to distinguish it from other Roquefort cheeses.
