Cahill Cheddar with Ardagh Wine features a beautiful pale yellow and rose colored marbling attributed to the inclusion of Ardagh wine. The cheese takes the classic taste of Irish cheddar and combines it with the floral, sweet and distinctive taste of wine. The curds are bathed in Ardagh wine before being pressed together to achieve the cheese’s studding mottled appearance. Beautifully presented when displayed on a cheese platter.
