Cabra al Vino by Don Wine is an amazing, wine-cured goat cheese made from the Murciano-Granadino breed of goats in southeastern Spain. Known for producing the best goat milk in the region, the cheese ripens for at least 30 days and then soaks in rich, fragrant red wine for up to 72 hours. Once the vibrant, violet rind is formed, the floral undertones of the wine masterfully combine with the creamy and tangy goat cheese. The Cabra al Vino is a traditional basket-mold style Spanish cheese, which when formed creates a semi-firm, white paste. With the “Denominación de Origen Protegida,” (D.O.P) designation, the Cabra al Vino is a true Spanish specialty.
