*BLAKE HILL RASP HIBISCUS PRESERVES

The finest perfectly ripe raspberries simmered with organic hibiscus flower petals creates a very fruity and fragrant jam reminiscent of a warm Vermont summer. Middle-to-late August is hibiscus time in Vermont. Inspired by these fragrant, delicate flowers, we created this bright, vibrant, concentrated jam that combines plump, ripe red raspberries with hibiscus flower petals. An Extra Fruit Preserve with 20% less added sugar than the typical jam. Not just for toast anymore, we love this preserve paired with a creamy goat cheese or asiago. It is also a perfect accompaniment for mahi mahi, and decadent layered into a classic bread pudding!
